Account & login
How do I create an account?
Download Swolemates from the App Store and tap "Get started." You can sign up with your Apple ID or email address. Once you're in, you'll set up your avatar and can start building routines right away.
How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot password" and enter the email address associated with your account. You'll receive a link to create a new password. If you signed up with Apple ID, you don't have a separate Swolemates password — just sign in with Apple again.
How do I change my email address?
Go to Profile > Settings > Account and tap "Change email." You'll need to verify your new email address before the change takes effect.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile > Settings > Account > Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, workout history, and all associated data. This action cannot be undone. You can also email us at support@swolemates.co to request account deletion.
Subscriptions & billing
What does the free trial include?
Your free trial gives you full access to all Swolemates features for 7 days, including custom routines, social features, streaks, and badges. No credit card is required to start your trial.
What are the subscription plans?
Swolemates offers two plans: Solo ($69/year) for individual use, and Family ($99/year) which covers up to 5 users. Both plans include all features. Subscriptions are billed annually through the App Store.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions. Find Swolemates and tap Cancel Subscription. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Can I get a refund?
Since subscriptions are processed through the App Store, refunds are handled by Apple. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. If you have questions about your account status, reach out to us at support@swolemates.co.
How does the family plan work?
The family plan lets one person (the plan owner) invite up to 4 other people. Each person gets their own full account with separate profiles, routines, and streaks. The plan owner manages invitations from Profile > Settings > Family plan.
Troubleshooting
I'm having trouble signing in
First, make sure you're using the same sign-in method you used when you created your account (Apple ID or email). If you're using email, try resetting your password. If the issue persists, email us at support@swolemates.co with a description of the problem and we'll help you get back in.
